UK and Ireland CEO, Media Division, Kantar


Mark started his career as a client in sales and marketing, spending 13 years progressing from a local sales person selling sandpaper for 3M to a CMO in Financial Services managing a top 20 UK digital marketing budget. In 2007 he joined Accenture where he quickly rose to become a Partner leading the creation of Accenture Interactive. Since leaving Accenture in 2011 he’s created the consulting group for Ogilvy, led the turnaround of a digital content and eCommerce agency for Private Equity, and founded his own growth-focused consultancy called Manifesto. 

Mark joined Kantar in 2015 as the Global CEO of The Futures Company, which he led back to commercial success. More recently he’s been leading the Kantar relationship with its largest client, Unilever, and he has also been acting as the Chief Strategy Officer for the Kantar Consulting business. Mark started his latest role as UK&I CEO for Kantar's Media division in February 2019.

Mark lives in the countryside near Newbury in Berkshire with his wife and two children. He’s a keen hockey player and enjoys cycling & spinning, is learning to sail, is a published photographer and loves his gadgets. In his ‘spare’ time Mark is also studying for a Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge University.
